Bookings
A booking becomes legally binding only when we issue written confrmation.
All enquiries are subject to availability and acceptance.
Tickets & Risk
Tickets may be allocated before delivery and may be subject to naming or usage restrictions.
Once allocated, bookings are final and risk passes to you, not on delivery.
Cancellations
All confirmed bookings are non‑refundable and cannot be cancelled or changed, except where required by law.
